SAF Aqua Drums Vibes® is a unique aqua fitness program that combines drum rhythms, lots of fun and a totally new approach to water training!
The design of a SAF Aqua Drum Vibes® program alters the approach to resistance in the water by using equipment to lengthen the upper limbs and isometric muscle contractions which allows the participants to control the movement and increase the intensity of training. Water turbuence created during the class also builds the need for tensing all muscle groups including postural muscles.
SAF Aqua Drums Vibes® is a lot of fun! During a class your clients will succumb to the sounds of rhythmical music, relieve their stress, unleash emotions and forget how hard they are working!
Certified Training Method
Acquapole® Australasia provides registered training courses for instructors to learn how to deliver exciting, fun and safe SAF Drums Vibes classes. All instructors must complete the require training course to conduct classes worldwide.
Learn from the Master Trainers
SAF Aqua Drums Vibes® certification courses are conducted by our Australian Master Trainers, Kym, Samantha and Donna and are designed for instructors to deliver safe, effective and high energy SAF Aqua Drums Vibes® classes in the pool. All instructors teaching SAF Aqua Drums Vibes® MUST complete a certified Instructor Course before instructing classes. Courses are held at different locations and times throughout Australia and will be listed on our website and Facebook Page.
Professional Training Courses
During our SAF Aqua Drums Vibes® courses and workshops you will learn how to conduct safe & exciting sessions. The SAF Aqua Drums Vibes® certified courses involve both a theory session on land and a practical session in the pool. During the training day you will acquire all the skills necessary to prepare your SAF Aqua Drums Vibes® Fitness classes immediately. Upon successful completion of the course the SAF Aqua Drums Vibes® international certificate will be issued. This can be used to instruct SAF Aqua Drums Vibes® classes worldwide
Fitness Australia CEC'S
The SAF AQUA Drums Vibes Instructor Training Course is Accredited by Fitness Australia. Instructors who complete the course receive 5 CEC's.
