SAF Aqua Drums Vibes is a unique aqua fitness program that combines drum rhythms, lots of fun and a totally new approach to water training!

The design of a SAF Aqua Drum Vibes program alters the approach to resistance in the water by using specially designed Drum Sticks to lengthen the upper limbs and isometric muscle contractions which allows the participants to control the movement and increase the intensity of training.  Water turbuence created during the class also builds the need for tensing all muscle groups including postural muscles.
